In 1990 we arrived here
and we hope it will be for the rest of our lives...
We visited
Ubud in central Bali, a quiet, hilly, artist’s village,
surrounded
by rice terraces.
In Holland we were busy building a restaurant with a
tropical atmosphere
and here
we discovered all the artistic work of the Balinese people..
It was here
that we met Wayan Sudana ,
a honourable man speaking English and we
became friends
( now already for over twenty years..) |
